We provide drink catering, event staffing, and bartending services for various events. Our offerings include a range of bar packages, bartenders, servers, bar backs, and hosts.


To book a package, please contact us with your event details, including the date, location, and number of guests. We will provide you with a customized quote based on your needs.


Our bar packages include a bartender/mixologist, a selection of beverages (wines, beers, cocktails), fresh and locally sourced ingredients, and sustainable, biodegradable serving materials. Specific details vary by package.


Due to state laws and our liquor liability insurance, hosts cannot provide their own alcohol for open bar packages. All opened bottles will be taken back by the bartender. You are paying for the service, not the alcohol.


If you prefer to provide your own alcohol, we offer a la carte options for customized services. Please reach out for more details.


Typically, we recommend 1 bartender for every 50-75 guests. However, the exact number can vary based on your event's specifics.


  • Portable Bar: Flat fee of $200-$300 (additional decoration fees may apply).
  • Ice Services: Approximately $2 per guest (bulk rates available for larger events).
  • Sodas/Mixers/Bar Ingredients Package: Ranges from $5 to $10 per guest, depending on the selection.


All open bar packages have a 6-hour minimum, which includes 2 hours for setup and 1 hour for breakdown.


Yes, we can extend the service time. Depending on whether you have a la carte services or a bar bundle, there will be extra hourly charges for staff and/or the bundle package, which will range from 10% to 20% extra.


For events with fewer than the required minimum number of guests, we offer a flat fee based on the minimum guest pricing for each open bar package.


To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 25% to 50% of the total estimated cost is required at the time of booking. The exact percentage will depend on the specifics of the event. The remaining balance is due [insert timeframe, e.g., two weeks] before the event date.


The remaining balance is due within two days of the event. Any extra charges, such as added services or hours, will be invoiced afterward.


  • Up to 30 days before the event: You will receive a full refund of your deposit.
  • Within 14 days of the event: You are responsible for the full amount of the event cost, and the deposit will be forfeited.


Yes! If you wish to reschedule your event, we will do our best to accommodate your new date. A rescheduling fee of $100 will apply, and any changes are subject to availability.


We reserve the right to cancel services for reasons such as unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, or legal issues. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of any deposits or payments made. You will be notified as soon as possible regarding any cancellation.


Any changes to the event details (e.g., guest count, service times, package selections) must be communicated at least 14 days in advance. Changes may affect pricing and availability.


Our company is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the event, except where such liability is mandated by law. Clients are responsible for their guests' behavior and safety.

We primarily serve the LA Metropolitan area and can reach down to Orange County. Transportation fees may apply for smaller events and anywhere outside of LA County and Orange County.


Absolutely! We love to play dress-up, so if you have a theme for your event, let us know, and we’ll do our best to match it! We can even make some fun, themed cocktails for your event.
